Our KXG attaches particular importance to the protection of personal data. KXG keeps and generally processes the personal data you fill in this Registration Application as well as any additional personal data of the student that may be received or arise during teaching, for the purpose of registering the student at KXG for attending foreign language learning courses, communication with the student or with the parent of the minor student, the issuance of service receipts for the payment of tuition fees, the sending of newsletters with news and offers of the Ministry of Education, the sending of informational mobile phone messages (SMS)1 as well as any other provision of services related to the student's studies on behalf of KXG.
KXG as the Processor is authorized to process the said personal data in the context of the present registration of the student to study at KXG (contractual relationship).
KXG Keeps the personal data for as long as the student is enrolled in it, as well as for as long as it is required to cover the legal obligations or legal claims of KXG. After this period of time, KXG destroys the data following a destruction protocol.
Access to all the data is given to the absolutely necessary administrative/official staff of the KXG in the context of processing the purpose of this Registration Application, specifically the management and the secretariat of the KXG. The teachers process the personal data of the students that arise during the educational process, e.g. score, while only the first and last names of their students are communicated to them by the KXG. KXG does not transmit personal data to third parties except with your consent and in particular to examination bodies in the case of the student's declaration of participation in language proficiency certification exams.
